Visited a relative I care for today; she's hospitalized in the medical ward. It was 12:30 when I left. I asked a nurse for information, but she practically brushed me off (I have no other word for it)... and rudely told me: "I don't have time!" So there you have it... career changes are possible! Oops, I'm on the Pont de Veyle website; this reception happened to me in Thoissey!

I hope the staff spends the afternoon, at least once, hydrating the patients in this intense heat (especially those who can't hydrate themselves) and that the filled glasses are within easy reach! Which isn't always the case...

A big thank you to the entire team at the Pont-de-Veyle EHPAD. You were perfect and very caring to my grandmother and to us as well. I visited my grandmother for two months and I was able to observe how attentive you were to her and how caring you were, with her baths, massages, and the smiles my grandmother gave the caregiver after she had washed spoke volumes... The day she left us, you were discreet, caring, and in fact, you were very professional. Thank you for everything.
