A very disappointing and worrying experience. My husband was found on the side of the road. The fire department responded immediately, suspecting a heart attack. They called a doctor, but the emergency medical service (SAMU) refused to come.
Upon arrival at the Montdidier hospital, the situation was deplorable: no information, no clear plan of care, and unpleasant medical staff. No one explained anything to us, and it was impossible to get any updates.
I myself had to remind them that a stroke must be treated within six hours, even though he still hadn't been properly examined. Finally, my husband was transferred to Amiens.
An extremely stressful and completely unacceptable situation for a healthcare service.

I wish to report an incident that occurred at the hospital involving a gentleman who was unpleasant to me and my mother, and who took what we said to him very lightly.
He spoke to us rudely and loudly, as if he didn't want to take care of us. My mother and I pointed this out to him, but he didn't see the problem.
This situation was particularly shocking; such behavior should not occur in a hospital. I think this gentleman needs to review his manners, as well as the importance of respecting others.

The care I received was appalling. I arrived via ambulance with severe kidney stones, and no one seemed to care about my condition. I was treated as if I were exaggerating, even though I couldn't even take my medication because I was vomiting. No further tests were performed despite the recommendations of the ambulance doctor.
The only kind person I encountered was… the cleaning lady. I was ultimately left to leave alone, without any assistance, completely exhausted. A shocking and utterly disrespectful experience.
Forced to go to the ER twice in less than 10 days...
Headset, impossible to bear, light, noise, etc. Really good reception, good care, even though I arrived by ambulance because I couldn't drive myself... My husband doesn't drive either. Honestly, they were all very kind, I left without pain after 9 liters of oxygen...
Thank you to you in the ER
More emergency doctors who don't take any problem seriously. I came Sunday evening for a terrible toothache that hit me right in the ear and spread all over my gums, it didn't bother him, he shone his phone flash in my mouth and there you go, you don't have an infection. I'm prescribed Doliprane and codeine. I'm currently leaving the dentist and I have a BIG INFECTION but since I didn't have antibiotics to disinfect my tooth, I have to wait another 15 days to have it devitalized. In the future, inspect patients better, because codeine, which is still a very powerful drug, is useless against a BIG INFECTION. I don't thank you..
