I went to the emergency room in Bitche twice in 2025 and I received excellent care each time. I had stitches on my face after a fall, and you can hardly see anything anymore; the doctor was very meticulous. Thank you.

It's extremely difficult to obtain medical information about a family member. The head doctor hides in her office to avoid seeing people. Patient records are not updated. Fortunately, the healthcare staff is pleasant and raises the bar. It's a shame for a healthcare facility to have to come to this.

I went to the emergency room of this hospital for a cut on my finger. Nothing serious, just 3 stitches. What I found strange was that we had to wait 10 hours for the doctor at the hospital. The doctor can't help it; he was alone that day, but is there really no other way?

January 24, 2025 I came with my three-year-old child, he had a temperature of 40°C. But the doctor told me he was going to Sarreguemines. He didn't even examine me. He saw me in the hallway carrying my child. He told me to go to Sarreguemines; we don't deal with that here. We only deal with adults. Yet six months ago, another doctor saw him from the Bitche hospital. It's a little funny, because two weeks ago, my wife fell and they told her to go to Sarreguemines, but since she doesn't have a car, they're busy with her. It's time to do a little cleaning among the doctors who don't want to work. On the other hand, the nurses are very friendly.

My first experience in the emergency room went very well. All the hospital staff were very professional and incredibly kind. Thank you.
