USLD du Centre hospitalier à BERGERAC

Unfortunately I was treated badly in this hospital in ICU! And one of the male nurses robbed me & stole cash from my wallet. The Cadre Aurelie was not interested in helping me! I will make an official complaint via the Police of Bergerac

Already waiting for 4 hours at Urgencies for making a Xray. Urgencies? Would have been faster to go to Perigueux or Bordeaux.

While on holiday last year my son broke his arm and needed surgery. Our French is minimal at best but the care we received was outstanding. Literally every person we encountered was incredibly kind, professional and forgiving of our language barrier.

I recently had a bilan de Coeur at the hospital as the patient of Dr Puthyrith Chea. I am pleased to say that the result was good and the hospital’s organisation excellent. If I have one caution it would be the poor communication skills of my cardiologist. Not a single explanation of what he was intending too, why, how long it would take or what he had discovered. At the end I received a 16 page report with, as explanation of its contents, limited to ‘good result’. When reading the Compte Rendu that he gave me I discovered detail that merited explanation Overall I was pleased but I would ask that Dr Chea work on his communication skills

I am profoundly grateful to the hospital and French health service for the care and support I received after an emergency admission following a fall which resulted in a wound to my head with serious concussion. The care and attention I received was superb. My sincere thanks to the doctors and staff.
