Arrived at 2 PM, only registered at 5:30 PM. Don't go there if you're in pain, especially since they'll never ask you if you're hurting! I left at 10 PM, all for an X-ray and just a splint, especially since they don't even know how to put on this so-called splint. A week later, my partner is still in just as much pain, his hand is bruised, and he has to go back to the hand clinic for a more thorough examination! Eight hours for that? No thanks, especially since there was practically no one in the emergency room. A woman was screaming for help because she was in so much pain, and the nurses walked right past her without asking her anything. What would it be like if there were more people there? We understand why the emergency room is going to close.

The radio appointment on Saturday at 5:30pm was very good, except that needing a seat, the taxi had to go to the emergency room. There I witnessed a verbal fight between the unfriendly and unpleasant emergency room attendant and the taxi driver. It's shameful; in my opinion, she has no business being in that position, and management should look into it more closely.

I was quite shocked by the doctor I saw today. The doctor from the emergency medical service (15) and the nurse who came to my house both told me my wound was unsightly and deep. The doctor I saw at the hospital in Château told me he couldn't do anything and that I had to find an orthopedist myself, since I can't drive… It makes you wonder if he's really a doctor.

I'll be brief, they're doing nothing!!! From one day to the next, my mother can no longer walk and is unable to relieve herself daily, she's not eating, they haven't done any tests, they just sent her home saying it's arthritis. They make diagnoses without any examination, they're so clever (irony), they're incompetent.

A huge thank you to the medical secretary who greeted and cared for me, as well as to the nurses and doctor who were able to rule out a suspected case of phlebitis in just a few dozen minutes! While they weren't equipped to perform all the tests, the staff compensated for this lack of equipment with great professionalism and unexpected kindness.
