I've been waiting for 8 hours and still haven't been seen. There are no staff in the hallways, no one comes to check if everything is alright. Yet another staff shortage. If you're really unwell, don't come to Le Blanc.

An endless wait, with no news or announced waiting time. We're told to be patient, and the staff say they're doing their best. Seven hours is getting long; I'm thinking of going to get a deck of cards to play belote with the other patients waiting in the next room.

We were very skeptical before coming to the Le Blanc University Hospital, given the numerous negative reviews. However, for an outpatient surgical consultation regarding my daughter's upcoming wisdom tooth surgery, we were pleasantly surprised: the professor who saw us was remarkably kind and professional, very reassuring. The nurses on the ward were also lovely, responsive, and professional. When something is negative, people often take the time to leave a review… but when it's positive, it's even more important to share it!

My wife had a scan appointment when we arrived the would not do it because she did not have a blood test,no one told her to first have a blood test. So she had the test. We were supposed to go back the next morning but only received then late morning so couldn't go for scan I phoned quite a few times and no answer. We went back with the blood tests but the lady in the scanning department was so rude throwing paperwork back at my wife what she had to say was not what the hospitals motto says. Not very helpful will never go there again.

Wonderful service and care by all concerned. Called at emergency department not expecting to be admitted but I was and a good job too. Everything brilliant but was unable to buy a tooth brush and other toiletries and had no-one able to bring me any so the only negative. All staff, doctors, nurses, etc were lovely given my deafness and lack of much French.
