On October 29, 2025, my grandfather was hospitalized there until January 9, 2026. I didn't think he was well, and they told me it was just his mood. They didn't try to do any tests. In the end, they transferred him to a university hospital, where they discovered he had hypotension and tachycardia. The university hospital did what it could, but since the Vertou hospital did nothing, it was too late. Because of them, my grandfather died on January 29, 2026. I strongly advise against going to these doctors; they don't listen to their patients and are very rarely there to explain things to the family!

I completed a two-week internship at your facility and thoroughly enjoyed it. I hope to join your team as a hospital service worker. 😁

My friend was hospitalized for six weeks and was delighted with the care, the welcome, and the cleanliness. She was less impressed with the meals.

I came to the Sèvre et Loire Hospital on January 24th to visit a terminally ill patient. I met two nurses who were perfectly polite and clearly very dedicated. I went back again today, to a different ward, and had the same experience: two young women and a male nurse, all smiling, directed me to the patient I was there to visit. One of the two young women is admirably devoted to this patient. About ten years ago, a very elderly man whom I knew from having been the parish priest in Charente-Maritime was hospitalized at Sèvre et Loire. He was very pleased to have been able to rest in this hospital, where the care was excellent. Telephone communication with reception is pleasant. In my opinion, Sèvre et Loire is an excellent hospital. I give it five stars.
