My 94-year-old mother was admitted to this hospital as an emergency and was supposed to stay for 48 hours under observation.
In conditions I consider unacceptable, she fell out of bed and fractured her femur.
The facility is filthy, the staff is difficult to reach and seems constantly on break. No clear information is provided to families, there is no serious follow-up, and no reassuring medical advice is offered. Even the doctor was unable to explain the situation or propose appropriate care.
Faced with this complete lack of safety and professionalism, I made the decision to discharge my mother.
At her age and in an emergency situation, this kind of negligence is unacceptable. I strongly advise against going to this facility.

Kudos to the public hospital! I had an appointment for my son for a follow-up after an injury. I presented our health insurance card and supplemental insurance card (which we pay monthly and which allows us to avoid upfront medical expenses). They told us we didn't need them, okay. A few months later, I received a bill without a treatment form. I called to say I needed one to at least get reimbursed, or I could send my health insurance card and supplemental insurance form. But no, they told me I'd see if I could get reimbursed later. Well, without a form... no, everyone knows that. They hung up on me rudely, despite my polite conversation. A few weeks later, I received a letter from a bailiff demanding €27 plus a €7 surcharge, all because they're not doing their job properly. This is ridiculous! Paying bailiff's fees when all I asked for was a treatment form to get reimbursed? Nothing insurmountable! It's absurd! The bailiff, when I explained the situation, thought it was ridiculous. First of all, try to find switchboard operators who aren't obnoxious but respectful and attentive, which should be the bare minimum when you work in a switchboard, especially in a hospital. People say hospitals are struggling and there's no budget left, but next time we'll go private. And I think if people are treated the way I was, which is to say, so badly, they'll do the same. So, if a manager reads this message, they should call me; it would be the least they could do, or at least get their institution in order. It's urgent. I'm told to call the hospital's treasury, but it's closed. It's Tuesday at 3 PM. If things don't improve, I'm sending a letter to the media. You want to become famous, Gisors Hospital? Don't worry, if things don't improve, they will.

The emergency room deserves a zero. I arrived with the fire department Tuesday evening with severe stomach pain, and the doctor sent me home at 5 a.m., saying I had "gas" and prescribing me Spasfon and activated charcoal. At 3 p.m., still in a lot of pain, my husband took me back there. I was seen immediately and kept in a cubicle until the following afternoon before being transferred to Osny around 3 p.m. The verdict: emergency surgery for a massive strangulated hernia in my stomach!

I had emergency surgery in Gisors by a wonderful surgeon who saved my life. During my eight days in the hospital, the medical and support staff were absolutely wonderful. This is the complete opposite of the negative reputation that sometimes persists about this hospital, which isn't a university hospital, but is essential in our under-equipped region.
I had an absolutely fabulous birth at the Gisors maternity hospital! 💖
The staff is exceptional, caring, attentive, and very professional. They supported me throughout this beautiful adventure with incredible gentleness.
A huge thank you to the entire team who helped and supported me with breastfeeding my little Flavie, a step that was very important to me.
I have unforgettable memories of this experience and I wholeheartedly recommend this maternity hospital! ❤️
