This place is deplorable! People are left to their own devices until 4 p.m.! But where is the staff during all this time, we wonder! Staff who laugh when you make an important remark and don't take it into account! I hope that when they are old, they will come across the same type of caregivers as them!! These people are inhuman and incompetent! Run away, don't leave a loved one there

My father spent his last two years in this long-term care unit. He received excellent care there, both medically and in terms of personal hygiene and nutrition. The staff is dedicated and compassionate. Activities are organized for the more energetic residents. The COVID-19 response was impeccable. If it's possible to discuss value for money in this context, I would say it's very good. I therefore recommend this facility.

My grandmother stayed there for a few days and finally signed a waiver to leave. The little I saw confirms her choice. A little lady was with her in her room. She wanted to go to the bathroom, but no one came to help her. So I had to call someone who told me it wasn't her job and that we should wait for the medical team, but that it wouldn't be right away... NICE And then at snack time, we told this same lady that this wasn't the hotel, that they only made cakes like this... You have to change jobs when you're so friendly. I just hope that in a few years, this kind of person will find themselves in the same situation...

Les Maisonnées is a remarkable rehabilitation center in every way: competence, kindness, attentiveness to patients, and excellent nursing staff. Its environment is welcoming. The rooms overlook a garden with a vegetable patch and three chickens. Patients don't feel isolated. Bravo to the entire team! My mother, Mrs. Morandi, regained her life there. THANK YOU!

My mother now lives at Les Maisonnées, in a secure unit. Despite the somewhat outdated facilities, I am delighted with the way the care teams treat the residents and, of course, my mother. She has been doing much better since arriving at this facility, even though her condition will never fundamentally improve. 😊🙏🏻
