Hello, I was kept waiting 12 minutes to help the person I was visiting go to the toilet. The woman who came didn't even say hello, didn't apologize, and when I told her he'd been waiting for 12 minutes, she replied that she was alone and that he wasn't the only one there, blah blah blah... WHAT PROFESSIONALISM!!! BRAVO...

The six months our mother spent in the long-term care unit allowed us to appreciate this facility and its surroundings. The room, pleasant and clean, could be personalized. Activities adapted to different levels of dependency and interests are provided by an excellent team of activity coordinators and volunteers. This promotes an active and stimulating social life, while strengthening the sense of belonging to a warm and welcoming community. The quality of care is ensured by dedicated, professional, and attentive staff. Dr. Bonassi and his medical team provided care aimed at ensuring our mother's comfort and well-being, which also brought comfort to the family. We mustn't forget the comforting presence of Sister Marcel François, the Sisters' Community, and Chaplain Stéphane. It is a place where professionalism and compassion meet. The only area for improvement would be the meals, which are not always suitable despite the staff's efforts. Thank you all from the family of Berthe KOHLER

Our 91-year-old mother was admitted to palliative care at the end of August 2024 in the Long-Term Care Unit and received wonderful care from Ms. Bonassi, a geriatrician, and her entire team. From her arrival until her death in early October, the geriatrician, nurses, and caregivers, as well as the sisters, the priest, and the chaplain, were at her side, caring for her, listening to her, soothing her, and ensuring her well-being so that she never suffered. We spent long hours there, in complete confidence, and can attest to the great professionalism, patience, respect, empathy, and kindness of each and every person we encountered, first towards our mother and then towards ourselves. The administrative reception was also perfect from start to finish, thanks to Karima. Our mother was fortunate to be able to benefit from such high-quality end-of-life support.
