Disappointing experience at Lunel Hospital. I had to make an emergency trip to pick up my MRI results, which could have been avoided. Furthermore, I waited about 15 minutes on the phone just to make an appointment. The organization needs improvement.

Today, I had an MRI appointment. When my time came, there was simply no one there: the staff had left early, using the holiday season as an excuse. As a result, my appointment was canceled without any prior notice or support. Unfortunately, this isn't an isolated incident. Less than a month ago, for a simple X-ray, I waited four hours because there was no one left to perform the examination. As a healthcare assistant, I find this situation completely unacceptable. We have a duty to ensure continuity of care and respect for patients. The holidays can in no way justify abandoning patients with scheduled appointments. Such a lack of professionalism and organization is unacceptable, especially in a healthcare facility. I sincerely hope that measures will be taken to prevent this from happening again. 😡😡

RUN AWAY!!! This establishment is shameful: lack of staff and COMPETENCE! Not to mention the lack of compassion that eludes a good portion of the staff. My mother ended up in palliative care: her pain was ignored (it took several hours before she was given pain medication), staff were unavailable despite numerous calls, the meals were awful, they even served her food to which she had reported a severe allergy... It's terrible to imagine that "care" facilities like this exist; it's a death trap and nobody cares.

I have absolutely no praise for this hospital, or rather, this mortuary if that's what it's becoming. My father had cataract surgery. The next day, he developed respiratory failure and a severe lung infection. He just underwent two emergency surgeries two hours apart. He's been cut open from the top of his ribcage down to his navel. And he's far from being out of danger. Right now, I don't even know if I'll ever see my own father again! Or if he'll ever leave the morgue! AVOID THIS FACILITY AT ALL COSTS.

Thank you for the warm welcome I received at the emergency room🙏 Following a broken elbow and a head injury, I was taken care of immediately, and frankly, I have no complaints! I was advised against the Lunel emergency room, but I disagree: the doctor, nurses, and receptionist were all kind, attentive, and very professional. I will definitely return if another "accident" happens again 😄 Thank you to the entire team from 12/10/25! 👏
