My mother, Mrs. Yvonne Aubaterre, was admitted for 5 years and passed away on January 23, 2026. I would like to thank all the staff on the first floor, especially the physiotherapists, Julie, and the activities coordinator, whose professionalism, patience, and empathy allowed my mother to feel comfortable. The entire staff was incredibly supportive and empathetic on the day of her stroke; we were able to stay with her day and night. I thank all your staff again. Very well-run retirement home with a very professional and understanding director. He welcomes my grandfather.

My 91-year-old mother was born in Vauvert and married my father in the same town. My father, who suffers from a degenerative disease, was refused admission to this nursing home without explanation, and we had to place him in a facility in Nîmes. My parents will therefore be separated after 73 years of marriage (my mother still lives in Vauvert) for the few months (or years?) they have left to live. I find this system unfair, opaque, and abusive.

My father was welcomed at this facility from November 2022 to June 2023. From the first day to the last, he was treated extremely well. Kindness, empathy, professionalism, and attentiveness are the qualities of the staff. I can only recommend this facility.

My father was in this facility from May to September 2022; he passed away on September 8th. The staff were extraordinary and very present the night my father died. The caregivers supported me during the night before his last. I thank them most sincerely.
