We would like to thank the entire team at the nursing home for the past four years spent with our grandfather, Mr. Louis Marzin, who spent his final years in your facility, surrounded by gentleness and kindness. We always found the staff to be attentive, patient, and deeply compassionate. The welcome, whether in person or by phone, was always pleasant. We were promptly informed of any health concerns, which is very reassuring for families. The setting is beautiful, clean, and peaceful. The activities are varied and of high quality, and the meals are tailored to the residents' tastes and needs, which is extremely important. While the price is certainly high, it provides peace of mind knowing that our elders are cared for with respect, dignity, and attention. A huge thank you to the entire team for your support 💛

The setting is magnificent, the château is very well maintained, clean, and bright, and the inner courtyard offers a lovely living space for the residents. The staff is simply exceptional: kind, attentive, and always ready to listen. The activities offered are varied and joyful, creating genuine moments of sharing and happiness. Recently, a festive evening was organized with a wonderful atmosphere, beautiful decorations, and a live band—a real treat for the residents and their families. A huge thank you and congratulations to the entire team for their dedication and compassion. It is very reassuring and comforting to see our loved ones in such good hands.

As soon as you walk through the door, you're greeted with genuine smiles. The staff is attentive, passionate, always available, and above all, they care for my grandmother with such compassion that I feel deeply reassured. At first, I dreaded each visit… now, I look forward to it. Because beyond being with my grandma, I've found a true family there. What particularly struck me was the constant presence of the management: far from being confined to their offices, they're out in the field, close to both the residents and the staff. This closeness is felt in the overall atmosphere: relaxed, close-knit caregivers with a real team spirit. You can tell that everyone is there for the right reasons, without pretense, with smiles, simplicity, and genuine generosity of spirit. I often think back to that phrase we were told during pre-admission: "We're not here to sell you a dream." And yet, let me tell you, you did indeed offer it to us.
