I am extremely disappointed with this nursing home! My grandfather stayed there until his very last breath, and it was only the day after he passed away that we learned the ambulance had been called to put him on oxygen?! Do you think it's normal not to be informed? To not be able to be with your loved one in their final moments? Furthermore, his belongings were misplaced; we had to ask for the same things several times before they were taken care of. Often the bell would ring, but the staff would take forever to come, or wouldn't come at all. It's a disgrace!

My mother resided for almost five years in this facility, which now belongs to the Bridge group. However, given the numerous problems observed over the past 18 months, I felt compelled to remove her from this place. There was no longer any on-site management, no daily activities, a lack of follow-up on medical appointments, neglected green spaces (far from the photos on the website), excessive amounts of medication found in my mother's room on several occasions, and questionable bed hygiene... There was no communication with families. And when you send an email to the group's management, there's no response! And the final blow: As a final settlement, I was charged for an extra month that was obviously not owed, and I'm still waiting for the deposit refund despite my follow-ups! This group seems far more concerned with the profitability of its facilities than the well-being of its residents.

Finally a stress-free retirement home. The human dimension is the central axis of this place. Management, medical service and all levels of staff seem committed to the well-being of the residents of the Hameau de Villers. They are attentive, listen and efficient. The place is nicely decorated, surrounded by a garden and a stone's throw from an RER station. The activities are moments of sharing, since my mother has been in this place she has regained a taste for Life and even dialogue. Thank you.

My daughters join me in sincerely thanking the management and all the staff, especially the coordinator of the caregiver "Zizou," at the "Le Hameau de Villers" retirement home, where my mother spent the last moments of her life. Thank you all for your welcome, your expertise, your generosity, your constant dedication, and your expressions of sympathy at the time of my mother's passing. I can only recommend this residence to anyone looking for a quality place for their loved ones.

The Hameau de Villers was Mom's final home, and we couldn't have hoped for a better place after what she had experienced in the previous facility. We discovered a caring, compassionate team, dedicated to the well-being of their residents. Just crossing the threshold and seeing the atmosphere between the staff and residents is heartwarming: it's not a place where people go to die, far from it! It's a place where you live and make your own way in life. No absurd rules like "everyone in pajamas and in their room by 8 p.m.," no! If you want to stay and chat with someone even late, that's your right! You're still an adult, even if you're elderly. Here, you don't adapt to the nursing home; it adapts to you. Mom arrived directly from the emergency room through home hospitalization. We knew her stay would be short, it only lasted a few days, but Mom was able to benefit from the extraordinary team at Le Hameau de Villers. On the first day, she was very tired and on morphine, but the very next day, to our great surprise, she was sitting in an armchair, enjoying a choir performance! They had managed to handle her without causing her pain, something that had never happened before. She spent many hours enjoying the surroundings, the atmosphere, and everyone's kindness before passing away. What saddens us is that Mom wasn't able to enjoy this establishment for longer, an establishment which, in my opinion, deserves not only the highest honor for compassion but also for professionalism. Indeed, when Mom became distressed, the staff immediately assisted her to ensure she didn't suffer. What also deeply touched me was the staff's presence for "us," who were distraught. Always words of comfort, smiles, or even coffees offered to help us get through the long nights... Thank you to them, and especially to the director and the assigned caregiver who are simply extraordinarily kind!
