A member of my family suffered mistreatment and psychological violence at the hands of a nurse (Marie Noëlle) who yelled at him very aggressively, making reproaches and intimidating him to scare him, which generated anguish and fear in this fragile person, I specify that this is not the first time this has happened with these nurses.

It's December 14, 2024. A family member calls me because they're not feeling well. Unable to get there within the hour, I try to call the nurse, but she doesn't answer. After an hour of trying to reach her, the receptionist also doesn't answer! What kind of deplorable personnel management and organization is this?! It's unacceptable to see elderly people suffering or in distress and no one responding! Perhaps we should alert the authorities so that the management of this nursing home can be investigated. Also, some staff members need to be monitored, as certain caregivers are authoritarian with the residents, intimidating them and instilling fear in them. Families, please visit your loved ones more often, as some of the behavior is intolerable. To be continued… The nursing home in the canton is managed by the Nemours hospital. But currently, there are some issues at the nursing home. A member of my family moved in in 2018, and the services were adequate and satisfactory. Now, many things need to be addressed: Major problem: staff shortage. Consequences: direct impact on the well-being and hygiene of the residents. At night, staff don't always go to those in distress; some residents have had to take matters into their own hands. It is urgent to rectify the situation because the residents pay a high price for the services. For example, my aunt's doctor (a woman) is shocked that she can only shower once a week! The regular staff are pleasant and dedicated, except for a few new arrivals who sometimes don't hesitate to be rough with residents. Some residents wonder what might be happening in the rooms of the most vulnerable... Families hope the situation improves before taking more significant measures in the coming months.

I am very dissatisfied with this nursing home. Despite the good intentions of the long-serving staff, there are far too many new staff members who don't know the residents. The staff relations are very poor and negatively impact the residents' morale, as arguments take place in front of them. As for the food: a disaster...
