Meh, it's old and poorly maintained, especially the exteriors.

I visit my grandmother every week. It's unacceptable; the building is dirty and poorly maintained. There's no insulation, air leaks everywhere, and everyone complains about the constant cold (none of the tenants have double glazing). And to top it all off, there's been a rat infestation in the basement and stairwells since September 29, 2022. So much for peace and quiet…

Horns blaring all week to open the barrier to their parking lot. "Honking is prohibited in the city. You may only use it in case of immediate danger. For example, when another road user hasn't seen you and there's an immediate risk of collision. Excessive use of the horn is punishable by a fine of up to €150." A place to avoid!

Incessant honking all day long, Monday through Sunday, to open the barrier to the parking lot. It's 2022, new systems exist, and as a reminder, the use of the horn (except in cases of immediate danger) is prohibited in the city. Simply unbearable.

Senior living facility, 1970s... (no double glazing) Very functional studios of approximately 30m², small balconies, green spaces, 50 residents. Excellent value for money.
