The hospital is clean, and they take good care of their residents.

Hello, Lots of trolleys in the hallways but no staff. To see staff, go to the rest room. Report that the resident has a fever and they'll ask you where you took their temperature. If they read over 38.5°C under the arm, they'll tell you they often get hot flashes. No one comes to check. When you're lucky enough to see a ward attendant who's making the rounds as you approach, she places a full, wide-open diaper in the corner of the trolley. What for? Very painful for the patient and the family. How sad and shameful.

Hygiene 0 Minimal patient care... 2 caregivers for 42 bedridden patients... No getting up due to staff shortages... No appropriate care even with family present every day, No communication between caregivers... Inappropriate language used towards people with dementia... Use of the informal "tu" form...

My mother was in that facility for eight months, receiving terrible care from a doctor. It felt more like a prison than a nursing home; we had to move her out and find another place because she was deteriorating on her own. I really, really do not recommend it!
