EHPAD Château de la Source à NOGENT L ARTAUD

After seven years at the school, I have excellent memories. I was fortunate to be supported by a very professional and compassionate director. I highly recommend this school.

I lost my father two months ago. He had been living at the residence for 18 months. I would like to thank all the staff at the residence, including the medical and administrative staff, the activities coordinators, and the Director of this facility, for their professionalism, dedication, kindness, and attentiveness. Château de la Source is a beautiful place. It gives you peace of mind knowing that a loved one resides there.

My mother passed away peacefully a few days ago at the age of 106, after 11 years in this care home. We can say that she felt at home there. She always received attentive care from all the staff and had a very affectionate relationship with them. On behalf of my entire family, I thank and express my sincere gratitude to all the staff of this care home for their professionalism, availability, and kindness, which we will cherish.

Entrusting a parent to a nursing home is a difficult decision. Our mother resided at "Château de la Source" for the past nine years and felt very comfortable there. The commitment of all the staff is absolute. Their skills and compassion were a great support, especially in caring for my mother during her final months. Thank you to the management for ensuring the well-being of its residents and for always being attentive to their wishes and needs.

I know the facility well, as I go there at least once a month. When you enter, you feel like you're walking into a hotel where everything is well-organized and arranged. The staff is very friendly and always smiling. I know the director and the two activities coordinators, with whom we have an excellent relationship. It's always a pleasure to go there. The residents are very well cared for, and the staff is incredibly attentive. It's a place where life is good.
