Premises: The ground floor is welcoming, but the upper floor is very disappointing considering the price. Narrow corridor, cramped room showing signs of wear and tear. The armchair with an air mattress seems very old. Dirty bathroom. Non-existent staff-family interaction. A rude nurse on the phone. Having worked in a nursing home for over 20 years, I've never seen anything like it! I reported the presence of a disoriented person in front of the building, but no one bothered to come out and check if it was a resident... Administratively, the answers to our questions were very evasive... and that's not all.

Many thanks to Ms. Larbi, the executive assistant, for her attentiveness and kindness at times when both qualities are most welcome. Trust is almost immediately felt when you meet her, and all preconceptions about nursing homes gradually dissipate when you see that the people working alongside her share the same mindset. You are the perfect example that when management shows the right direction, the entire staff follows. I hoped this visit would allay my anxieties, but you went far beyond that... My mother's temporary stay went very well; her little dog was as well received as she was. This stay, which was a transition between her discharge from the hospital and her return home and was intended to restore her health, lived up to all its promises, thanks to the kindness and professionalism of the staff, combined with the excellent homemade meals and snacks. From now on, when I go on vacation, she returns to the blue window while I'm away.

My father was a resident of the Korian La Croisée Bleue nursing home in Eaubonne from September 2022 to August 2025. He (we) arrived at KLCB out of necessity, with some apprehension, it must be admitted. Our opinion quickly changed, with a personalized welcome, days punctuated by multiple activities (even if not all residents are able to participate), attentive care. Everyone, from the director to the entire staff, calls the residents by name. Residents are encouraged as much as possible to participate in the life of the nursing home, and the village square, on the ground floor, facilitates these interactions. Afterwards, everything is not perfect, but when we made requests, verbally or if necessary in writing, they were taken into account. As residents of Eaubonne, we were able to be there often and we saw the nursing home operate on a day-to-day basis and we are very satisfied with it. So all this comes at a price and it's a real issue (my parents' combined pensions only financed 70% of the monthly bill and the capital diminishes quickly). But it was our only solution and it was a good solution for 3 years. Thank you to all the staff at Korian La Croisée Bleue for their kindness and professionalism.

My mother moved into the Korian La Croisée Bleue nursing home in January 2021 and passed away there a few days ago. She was always treated with respect by the staff. I even think she was a bit of a mascot. The staff were caring and available whenever possible. My mother always ate and slept well and never complained about the service. Our family, who visited her about three times a week, can only be thankful that we placed her in this nursing home, which is impeccably run by the director, Mr. Claude.

My father stayed there for almost nine years. During all those years, I forged strong bonds with the different teams in every department, and I miss their kindness. I highly recommend this facility! I mustn't forget Mr. Claude, the director, whose door was always open and who listened so attentively. I was surrounded by the entire team during my father's final days, and that was priceless! Thank you all.
