My father was convalescing for a month following a stroke. Things were looking bad when he returned to Gournay, but he's back on his feet. The staff is attentive and takes excellent care of their patients; I found everyone to be friendly and welcoming. My dad was able to return home thanks to their excellent care; all the necessary support was put in place for his discharge. A big thank you to all the staff.

In July and August, I was recovering from physiotherapy, but unfortunately, the physiotherapist was on maternity leave, which is perfectly within her rights. There was no replacement, yet they still accepted patients. Fifteen days wasted. And the hygiene isn't great either; they told me there's no cleaning on weekends because it costs too much. Unfortunately, I often go to hospitals in Rouen where the staff are much more attentive to patients. The food isn't great there either; it's always lukewarm or cold from morning till night. Sorry, but I'm telling the truth. Thank you for publishing my review.

Thank you to all the staff of the medical support service, and especially to the receptionist for her attentiveness, her help in scheduling appointments, and her exceptional kindness. Given the current, highly problematic medical situation in Gournay-en-Bray, this deserves recognition. Thank you again.

I waited for over 10 minutes in the blazing sun after ringing the bell, even though there's a waiting room inside. The receptionist told me, in a very rude tone, that she was handling everything on her own... Go back on vacation, madam!

It's hard to find someone more unfriendly than the reception staff. Which is a shame because there are some nice people working as caregivers.
