My mother has been staying at this establishment for over a year. The staff is lovely (special mention to Jeremy!), the place is very clean, and the food is perfectly adequate.

My mother, who has Alzheimer's, spent seven months at this Château. I think it's very rare to see a caregiver in tears on the day a patient dies. A huge thank you to the entire team for their dedication, professionalism, and kindness. And above all, a huge thank you. I highly recommend the Château de Villemoisson to your loved ones if needed.

Today, I have a dispute with management regarding the loss of three pairs of glasses, for which I am requesting compensation. I have not received any official response to a request submitted in September 2024. What is management doing?!
