This residence handles problems by hanging up on people. If you call back, you're put through to a poor resident who doesn't understand what's happening to them. Furthermore, we don't have the freedom to choose the healthcare professionals we want to work with. Insurance information isn't shared with the healthcare professionals the residence works with, so residents are billed for the services. I had heard good things about this residence, but I must say I deeply regret my choice.

We were very satisfied with the care our mother received. The management is attentive and very responsive. The establishment is on a human scale. The staff is calm and kind. We plan to bring our mother back there during a future short stay. Muriel, her daughter
