Patient and really kind staff. Good atmosphere among the residents on the 3rd floor. Pleasant garden.

The staff took care of my father with great patience and kindness.

Lamentable. My mother was admitted to this nursing home following a stroke and a stay in the same facility. We thought it would be easy for her to adapt, given that she already knew some of the staff and particularly appreciated the qualities and kindness of the occupational therapist. Unfortunately, this nursing home is not up to scratch. The dysfunctions and shortcomings are present at all levels: administrative, nursing, and staff (forgetting to register on the referral list, no laundry management, phone calls going unanswered, the call bell out of my mother's reach, diaper changes at set times and very far apart, no activities, using the resident's phone, errors in the summer schedule postings that led to dramatic consequences, no communication between the various staff members, therefore no feedback, etc.). My mother died there very quickly. I requested a meeting with the school's management and told them everything that had impacted my mother, my brothers, and me, and gave them my report in PDF format. After more than two years, I'm still waiting to hear what improvements the management is planning to prevent other families from going through the same nightmare. Ella S. 6 months ago
