If you want your parents or grandparents to live healthily, never put them in the campeliere. My in-laws arrived in October 2024, and my father-in-law left us in June 2025. We took my mother-in-law out of there and put her in another retirement home. Frankly, I strongly advise you not to run away.

Our father, who has Alzheimer's disease, was admitted to the secure unit of this nursing home while he was still able to walk and eat independently. In less than three weeks, his condition deteriorated significantly. He became bedridden and required oxygen following a medication overdose. He was transferred to the emergency room by ambulance, without us being informed for several hours, and without any clear explanation. We had, however, expressed our concerns to management regarding his condition, but no concrete measures were taken. He spent days in his room with the shutters closed, in conditions of inadequate hygiene. His dentures were even removed without any clear justification. In addition to these shortcomings, there was a situation that is difficult to understand for a so-called "secure" unit: the air conditioning was broken in the main common room (where meals and TV were served). As a makeshift solution, a portable air conditioner, cobbled together and placed on a simple stool, had been installed. Nothing was truly done to improve the situation. Can we truly call it a protected unit under such conditions? This situation was particularly traumatic for our family. In our opinion, the expected level of vigilance, support, and respect was not provided. We are sharing this account to inform the families of current and future residents.

My aunt stayed in this nursing home for six months. The caregivers were kind and compassionate. Unfortunately, the management was rigid and impersonal. An unfair directive deeply affected us to the point that we had to move to another facility. This is regrettable for the care teams, who deserve better management.

I am a craftsman and I have remade sofas, and of course I have never been paid, despite several calls without any response. This is the type of group run by dishonest people who are only there to make money, without taking into account their customers and their suppliers. I hope that this kind of world will soon disappear

This facility has lost its focus on human well-being since the new management took over in 2024. Kitchen staff are being called upon to supplement the understaffed nursing assistants. There is a real lack of empathy from a management team that prioritizes finances over people. Activities are even being cancelled due to a lack of resources, despite residents bearing significant service costs.
