The activities were superbly organized and the host was incredibly dynamic. A huge thank you to Florence, who motivated my father, a resident there, and who always does her best to make everyone happy. The only downside is that she's the only one organizing outings and activities, so she can't be everywhere at once. Thank you, Florence. Otherwise, the organization wasn't perfect due to frequent staff turnover, and the facilities are in need of renovation: heating, hot water, Wi-Fi...

Having had my mother-in-law ill since March 2022, and now 95.5 years old, I want to thank all the staff at the facility for the quality of life and the care they provide to my mother-in-law and all the residents. They demonstrate kindness, humanity, and great professionalism in everything they do: care, activities, food, and a special thank you to the doctor at the nursing home who saved my mother-in-law from serious health problems when she arrived in 2022. While some nursing homes are rightly criticized, at La Chênaie you can place your loved ones in complete safety. They will have a happy and humane end of life in a pleasant environment, with dedicated and attentive staff.

The birthday party, hosted by Florence, was very enjoyable and created a festive atmosphere. The residents participated, sang, and applauded the chosen music. Several family members were present and all appreciated the lively atmosphere of the afternoon.

Read the full post: We performed at this facility at the lowest possible rate to bring joy to the residents. It was a wonderful day, as our primary goal is to bring them pleasure. This took place in February 2023. We waited until June to receive payment for our invoice after numerous follow-ups. Management and the activities department did their job, but the group's accounting department did not at all. Good luck to the next artists who sign an entertainment contract with this group.
