My grandfather, who suffered from Alzheimer's (and was left unattended), supposedly poisoned himself in the middle of the night with dish soap... and died...

The staff were extremely kind to my family and me during a very difficult time; I thank them for making sure things went as smoothly as possible for us.

After my uncle's several hospitalizations, we were always very well received at the clinic. The staff is caring, competent, and attentive. A big thank you also for the compassionate support offered to my uncle until the end—your support was invaluable to our entire family.

It's impossible to have a decent communication, either they say they don't understand the name of the person they're asking for, or they send you to a switchboard that ultimately doesn't take messages and doesn't really respond. In the end, we're going around in circles and it's quite likely that for a clinic, it's a case of not understanding anything.

Excellent facility. Our mother stayed there for over a month, and we were more than satisfied with the team, the facilities, and the communication with all the staff. Whether it was the doctors, nurses, or caregivers, we encountered competent, attentive, compassionate, and transparent professionals. I highly recommend and thank this facility for everything they did for us.
