EHPAD La chêneraie à ST QUENTIN FALLAVIER

My mother-in-law was in this home for three years. Thanks to certain people who took care of her, who accompanied her, cared for her, made her smile every day… etc. It's a very expensive establishment, by the way… with no air conditioning in the rooms, many must have died there, unfortunately! On the day of her death, the room wasn't vacated quickly enough. It cost my father-in-law an extra 70 euros—disgusting!

I just wanted to thank the nursing staff!! (not all of them) those who took care of changing her, putting her to bed, taking care of her, and talking with her about true love!! For my mom Jacqueline, who passed away on June 25th. This establishment, full of money, dared to take €70 because my poor little mom was still there at 4 p.m. However, not a single flower for my mom at the cemetery! Nothing, no one! Shame on you! In a nursing home with so many people, there isn't even air conditioning! Hence the number of deaths...

My mother has been there for three years and I've never had a single complaint about the care provided, from the receptionists to the staff on the floor and the caregivers. As proof, my mother has recovered from her minor ailments and has even gained weight... A huge thank you to the teams!

Avoid at all costs. The staff do not properly care for the elderly; it borders on mistreatment. I gave it one star because I had to, but it's no better. Out of respect for your elders, flee this death trap.

My mother is at La Chêneraie; it's a place of joy and immense empathy. She's aged ten years since she's been there. Thank you to all the staff for your kindness; I recommend it 200%!
