Hello, My mother recently passed away and spent the last three years at Les Alizés. This facility is remarkable, with competent and caring staff. From reception to the rest of the staff, there is genuine consideration and kindness. Thank you to the reception staff, the caregivers, and of course, the staff who look after the elderly residents with such efficiency and compassion. I highly recommend this facility; you won't be disappointed.

My father was only admitted to the Les Alizé nursing home for three weeks before his passing, which limits my opinion of the facility due to a lack of sufficient perspective. However, I can say that the welcome he received was warm and compassionate. The management and administrative staff, through their professionalism (quick and easy processing of the paperwork, attentiveness, and responsiveness to each of our requests), made this admission less painful. Regarding the daily care provided to my father, the high turnover of caregivers (unfortunately common in many nursing homes) was a drawback, but this did not prevent the staff from being attentive to our observations and requests. Although he participated in some activities, the number of organized events was limited, creating a somewhat somber atmosphere in the living areas. We appreciated the cleanliness of the premises and the very appetizing home-cooked meals. The care provided to the family during Dad's last night was of a very high standard. The staff were discreet, efficient, and attentive (offering a meal tray, coffee, a chair, sheets and a blanket, and words of comfort).

My dad has been at this facility since March 21, 2024. It's only been almost a month, and I don't regret it. The staff: reception, nurses, caregivers, activity leaders are incredible, as are the rest of the team and management. Everyone is attentive and ready to answer our questions. There are ups and downs, but the staff always knows how to cheer us up. We can confide in each other; the staff listens to us, despite their very demanding work. We are always made to feel welcome, and everyone smiles. Bravo to the whole team.

My grandmother has lived here since January 2020 and feels perfectly at home. The meals are delicious and plentiful, and everything is spotlessly clean after each visit. There are also plenty of activities on offer, and the staff are always available and smiling.

My comment has been flagged; I will repost it as many times as necessary. Ladies and gentlemen, avoid this establishment! The staff are appalling, both nurses and nursing assistants. Hygiene is deplorable; the caregivers leave the rooms with their protective equipment in hand, without gloves. Meals are served at noon and finished by 12:20 PM, all so they can indulge in their favorite pastime: doing absolutely nothing. The nursing assistants have no diplomas or training, and some don't even speak proper French. The last time I went into the treatment room on the advice of a caregiver, I saw a wig in the TREATMENT room. See for yourselves; I have the photos. This is unacceptable and reprehensible.
