I had the opportunity to contact the reception desk at the facility and was able to meet Hayet. She is an extremely kind person who takes the time to understand our needs. 10/10!!

The staff is appalling; they must have been hired hastily. This establishment is a disgrace. And don't even get me started on the hygiene of the rooms—the floors are filthy, the beds aren't changed. The food is mediocre, inedible. Why even one star? Simply because you can't leave a review without going through the...

Having had my grandparents, Mrs. Renée Terrier and Mr. Michel Terrier, at the Marius Bertrand nursing home for about fifteen years, I had the opportunity to observe all the staff, who are truly wonderful. From reception to the cafeteria staff, the caregivers, the activity coordinators, the doctors, and the nurses, all these people are incredibly pleasant and kind. Despite the fact that their work isn't always easy, these people have a true calling. Always attentive, smiling, and trying their best for the residents in their care, they are playful, witty, and attentive to their residents. I wanted to thank them all from the bottom of my heart. You do extraordinary work, which, in my opinion, is underappreciated! Thank you to all the staff who made my grandparents' final days beautiful and full of joy. I can't thank you enough. I will miss seeing each and every one of you very much. You will always be in my thoughts. My grandfather and grandmother were so lucky to have you. What also pleases me is knowing that they were happy until the very end. Congratulations to you all. Never forget that you do a wonderful job. Perhaps we'll meet again in a few years... A huge thank you. Sincerely, Mr. Pierre-Emmanuel Chantelot. PS: I chose this method of communication so that all the staff could access it, especially those who left their positions during my grandparents' stay, as they were just as much a part of their well-being at the nursing home. Very proud and also very admiring of my daughter Morgane who also practices this wonderful profession of nurse in a nursing home.......

It's shameful to see staff sitting on the balcony, smoking and talking on their phones, for over an hour. And then no one responds when patients ask for help. What a disgrace and what an image for this institution. I think it's time to set things straight.

I am shocked by the director's behavior towards an ambulance driver who was dropping off a resident with six broken ribs. A nurse, wanting to return home like many of us during peak hours, was unfortunately blocked by the ambulance. And instead of calming things down, the director berated the ambulance driver, defending her nurse, to the detriment of the resident, who was already in her room and no longer needed the ambulance! The ingratitude of this nursing home and its staff, who show neither patience nor understanding given the roadworks, is appalling. Whenever they can attack the ambulance drivers, they do. It's truly a shame for our elderly. Madam Director, you should be ashamed.
