EHPAD Les Verts Monts à CHARLY

I find the rooms small and the retirement home very expensive for elderly people who don't have much of a pension.

It's a disgrace; a place like this shouldn't even exist, it's so inhumane. There are constant groans calling for help in every corridor, but no one ever comes when residents ask for assistance. My mother has fallen several times and lies on the floor all night without any help. The furniture problems haven't been fixed, and no doctor ever comes (only ONE consultation in over a year). The staff are mean and unpleasant, even in the presence of family (what are they like when they're not there?). My advice: RUN. And save your money, because on top of everything else, the facility is very expensive.

One star is already too much for this establishment. My grandmother died of an intestinal obstruction. How is that possible? No answers have been found from management except lies. Abuse—there's no other word to describe what my grandmother went through. I hope you're ashamed!

Very good house where the staff is adorable with my uncle despite our reluctance we do not regret it because it is a place where the human comes first. Very good meals for the moment everything is good for him

A pleasant location, surrounded by greenery in the Monts du Lyonnais. Decent rooms. Acceptable cleanliness. Generally dedicated staff. High-quality entertainment. Engaging workshops.
