EHPAD Les balcons de Tivoli à LE BOUSCAT

My father, who entered this facility in July 2023, has just passed away. I must express my gratitude and thanks to the staff who cared for him throughout his stay and until the very end, especially Reda—who was so wonderful—but also Nina, Rosa, Khadija, Christine, Fabienne, Philippe… and the entire department, including caregivers, doctors, and the psychologist. Their presence by our side was invaluable, particularly during his final moments.

My mother stayed at Les Balcons de Tivoli for nearly six years. Throughout those years, I observed how the residents' well-being was a central concern for all teams. The healthcare professionals were always there to care for and listen to our mother, and to communicate constantly with our family, regardless of the reason. Their availability was remarkable. We were touched by the entertainment, hospitality, and culinary professionals, who, each in their own field, were equally attentive and caring. The diversity of activities offered allowed us to offer all residents, including those with the least physical disabilities, festive moments. The management and administration were very active and efficient, attentive to the families' requests and eager to provide solutions tailored to each situation. When our mother's condition deteriorated significantly, she received all the necessary care for a peaceful departure. For our part, we were surrounded and supported by all the staff at the nursing home. Throughout these years, they became like family to us, the family with whom our mother shared her final years. A huge thank you to you, dear nursing home family!

I do not recommend this hepahd in any case...my beautiful stayed there for 3 months, we arrived with my husband my mother-in-law was on oxygen her legs were swollen like an elephant no one called us to warn us so when we saw her like that very very bad I can tell you that my husband immediately went to see the director to do what was necessary to have her hospitalized he must have made a scandal...when we left they called us to tell us that they had hospitalized her in Bx north and 3 days later she died of a pulmonary embolism at the clinic!!! we are very angry with the director, nurse and doctor for not having done anything before...every day her health deteriorated even once at night they completely took off the bracelet because the poor thing when she moved she made it ring they got fed up and took her out without putting the bed rail back on and the poor thing fell then stayed 4 hours per I call it abuse and no follow-up... anyway I'll stop there because it would be a book that I wrote... so avoid putting your parents there if you want to keep them for a long time...

My grandmother was placed in this nursing home very old, she did not stay there very long only 4 months the only thing I can say is that the end of her life was not what she imagined, she lost a lot of weight, if a member of her family did not come every day to feed her with a spoon she would not eat and would remain hungry. She was very bored because she also very quickly lost the use of her mobility because she was not able to get up and move. It must still be said that at the very beginning of the stay my grandmother was doing much better. I do not hold anyone responsible for her death but I do not recommend this establishment.

Our mother said she was happy at Les Balcons de Tivoli thanks to everyone's kindness and professionalism. We thank all the teams (all the staff from all professions) who took care of her and who worked with her. You were there, and wonderful for her, for us, at every level. Thank you for your support.
