My father lived in this facility for two years. Upon his arrival, he rediscovered a sense of security and peace that he had lost while living alone in his own home. He interacted with other residents, their families, and the staff, providing daily opportunities for conversation and smiles. We sincerely thank all the staff for their daily commitment to making the residence a place of well-being, support, and mutual trust.

Management is disregarding the well-being of residents. Decisions are made without consulting families, despite their mandatory involvement. Thefts of personal belongings (jewelry, hearing aids) have been reported. Security and surveillance of the premises are inadequate. The staff turnover is high, and they are unmotivated, leading to numerous problems with the daily care of residents (undressed residents, unclean rooms, etc.). Therefore, the rates are exorbitant and unjustified.

My mother immediately fell in love with the Jardins d'Automne. This establishment has become her home. With a management team that is close to residents and families. Competent, pleasant, and attentive staff. Fast and efficient medical care. We almost feel like "one of the family." Particular attention is paid to the living environment. The decor is meticulous. The garden is very pleasant. I highly recommend this establishment.

My grandmother moved into the residence a few years ago. I'm not disappointed with my family's choice. The residence is very pleasant for both residents and their families. Unlike other places, it doesn't feel like a retirement home (the furniture and decor are lovely). The activities are varied, the staff is attentive and responsive to residents and families, and always focused on the well-being of everyone. Meals are prepared on-site, and residents are treated like they would be in a restaurant. The residence is located in a peaceful, rural setting.
