I do not recommend this nursing home: Until now, I was very happy with the nursing home where my mother still lives. - The staff were very attentive, both in the dining room and in the medical department. - The food and afternoon snacks were very good. - The decor was nice. - However: there was a constant change of director and a lack of administrative oversight! - And most importantly, there are no more scheduled outings and no plans for residents for 2026 under the new management.

I have been visiting my grandfather for the past five years (twice a week). The nursing staff and the new management are very attentive and available to ensure the well-being of our seniors.

This facility is absolutely to be avoided. My grandmother's experience on the Alzheimer's ward was a concentrated dose of incompetence, negligence, and a complete lack of consideration for the residents. This place is supposed to provide safety, supervision, and support. Instead, we witnessed a series of serious malfunctions. The medical care is simply appalling. There are no permanent doctors: only temporary staff who come and go without knowing the residents, without continuous follow-up, and without any rigor. In our case, they managed to mix up her file and confuse my grandmother with another resident. From then on, nothing was reliable. We were told she was "constipated" while her condition was visibly deteriorating. It was the family, not the medical staff, who finally took the initiative to take her to the emergency room. The verdict was unequivocal: a broken hip. A fracture, ignored for days, while she screamed in pain. No reaction, no proper care whatsoever. She was literally left to suffer. One example among thousands… The overall atmosphere is equally unbearable. Residents are left for hours around a table, without any activities, without any stimulation, without even a shred of human attention. A chilling impression of residents simply "boxed in," as if nothing else mattered. The lack of supervision is glaringly obvious with every visit. My grandmother was constantly dulled by medication. She had no energy, no expression, nothing. Seeing someone reduced to that state is unbearable and unacceptable. We fought every day to stop it all. Fortunately, a few nurses, still showing some humanity, try to do their jobs as best they can in this chaos, and I commend them. But this is absolutely insufficient to compensate for the serious failings of the rest of the facility. My grandmother died there, and I am left with the feeling that she never received the care, respect, or consideration she deserved. No loved one should have to go through this. No resident should be treated this way. The overly positive reviews of this nursing home seem completely fabricated: it's hard to believe they come from real families. To protect your elders, to preserve their dignity, I strongly advise against this nursing home. Avoid it without hesitation.

My mother stayed at this senior residence and we have excellent memories of her experience. The staff is caring, always attentive, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The facilities are clean, pleasant, and well-maintained. She felt safe and supported, which was very reassuring for us. A big thank you to the entire team for their professionalism and kindness. I highly recommend this residence.
