If you want to shorten your life expectancy, you've come to the right place! The staff is negligent towards its residents (dehydration, untreated bedsores, etc.), no afternoon snack at 4 p.m. for those who don't want to go to the common room… and that's just the beginning. Let's not even mention the behavior of some of the caregivers, one of whom doesn't hesitate to lie to her superiors. All the problems mentioned above have been brought to your attention verbally, and you haven't deemed it necessary to take action. I won't put my name in the comments since I don't expect a response from your management. Besides, it would seem very inappropriate of you to do so today, and it wouldn't bring back my grandfather, whom you left to suffer these past few months.

Excellent facility. The team really takes a lot of time with the residents, adapting to each one with conviction and enthusiasm. High-quality activities are offered every day of the week, and the food is truly high-quality, favoring local food supply chains and avoiding any waste. A super-dynamic team with whom you feel good. Although reluctant to place my parents there, I now see them revive through contact with this team and the residents. A huge thank you, truly.

Having family living at the facility, I would like to share my very positive experience with it. The staff are incredibly dedicated and caring. Residents are treated with respect and dignity, and the atmosphere is warm and friendly. I recommend it.

We had a wonderful time as a family celebrating the arrival of our granddaughter. The food was excellent, and the staff were incredibly attentive. Dad was very well looked after, and we felt reassured. There are activities every day, the rooms are spacious, and the manager and staff are very responsive. I highly recommend it.

Emotionally very difficult to “place” mom in a dedicated establishment. Mom has been in this establishment for 2 months. It's a success. Mom integrated very quickly, flourishing with staff (carers, assistants, animation... not forgetting the volunteers) who were very attentive (to the resident and the family). We know mom is safe with a caring nurse. There is a lot of respect for the person. The director is very approachable and attentive, as is the administrative department. You also have to think about the kitchen.... the meals are very good, the cook even listens to residents about their "desires". I recommend this establishment
