I went to visit my grandmother and was very well received. The staff is friendly and attentive to the needs of the elderly. I highly recommend it.

Good establishment, perhaps there could be some improvements.

I had to put Mom in daycare a year ago, even though we were never supposed to be apart, and my doctor recommended it after much hesitation. Today I'm delighted she's here; she's very happy, and so am I. The staff does their job well, taking good care of Mom with gentleness and kindness. No problem at all; I come whenever I want, I pick her up whenever I want, and it's great. I'll never regret it.

I have been told about mistreatment: we only have 10 minutes to feed each person. Employees are more busy taking their cigarette or coffee break than working!!! Oh, they are clean and beautiful when the family comes to see them... They don't say anything to their family because they are afraid of reprisals! An investigation perhaps?

I recommend this place of life for people who need to be surrounded by a caregiver at all times. Because it is pleasant and warm thanks to its caregivers as well as the ASH, maintenance and administrative staff. Anne the psychologist is always attentive to us (my partner as well as myself). And for that, I say thank you to all of them.
