A retirement home in a very pleasant and peaceful setting. All the staff are exceptional, filled with kindness, professionalism, and humanity—qualities rarely found these days. I will never forget your smiles, your warm welcome, and the respect with which you work. My mother was a complex case, and you never made me feel that way; on the contrary, you did everything to ensure her comfort and that she felt heard despite her distress. As for my father, what can I say? Thank you from the bottom of my heart to all of you, including everyone at your establishment, both staff and external, for your care, your attentiveness to her needs, and your gentle actions, as if she were one of your own. The dignity you allowed her to maintain until the very end. And with me, all of you supported me, listened to me, and helped me... Bravo to you all for maintaining this warm, family atmosphere that is felt as soon as you enter. The facility is always very clean, the residents are in good spirits and welcome us with beautiful smiles, and for me, this perfectly reflects their life within this care home, surrounded by love. Yes, all of you transmit a human warmth that helps us overcome this stage of life. You support your residents without forgetting their visitors... My mother has been at the Sauve nursing home for two years, and frankly, I want to say that it's an establishment I recommend to all families because the staff are very competent and caring towards the residents, and there are many activities offered, such as boat trips, festivals, shows, etc.
