For the past month, we have noticed a significant improvement in both the visual appeal and the taste of the meals. My mother has been receiving home meal delivery for a year, and there have been changes in cooks, which is a good thing because this time it's been completely positive: menu variety, quality of ingredients, especially the meat. You can tell he's a chef who likes to please by enhancing his dishes with herbs and spices. He complements starchy foods well with a few vegetables, which makes the prepared dish less "dry" (important for older people who have difficulty swallowing!). And what I really appreciate is that the center listens to our feedback to improve its services. Terry communicates very well with each client, who delivers with his usual kindness and smile.

After 3 months of temporary residence, the choice of permanent residence was a natural one, as my brother seems to enjoy this establishment with its green surroundings. The staff is caring and attentive to families, and everything is done for the well-being of the residents.

Hello, Regarding the facility where my brother lives, I don't have a strong opinion. The place is pleasant, but its age is quite evident, as a lot of work needs to be done. The layout, divided into several units (Suarez, Noailles, etc.), requires a much larger staff, which isn't the case; the available staff can't be everywhere at once. The budget allocated to activities offered to residents is limited, resulting in a lack of variety. The staff is pleasant, at least those I know (nurses, caregivers, receptionists, etc.). The presence of only one doctor, working very part-time, is detrimental and insufficient, and information about the residents' health is scarce. Changes in management personnel haven't really allowed for effective follow-through on decisions; the recent renovations on the Suarez wing are taking too much time and a significant amount of money. I think I've covered all the comments, even though it's not easy when you only visit a family member once a week. Regarding my brother, assistance getting up and going to bed would be very welcome, as it would reduce the number of falls (he's always covered in bruises). I wish all the staff good luck.
