Very nice residence with competent staff. My mother returned for a temporary stay and, despite the distance that separates us, I am considering a permanent placement because she feels very comfortable there. The teams are caring and competent.

The welcome from residents and families is warm and attentive. The team is friendly and always attentive. The food is excellent and tailored to your needs. We highly recommend the Ehpad les Alpilles in St Etienne du Grès.

A superb and very well-maintained establishment, where residents are very well-regarded. The staff is attentive and very efficient, there are numerous activities, and the meals are worthy of certain restaurants, with varied menus. The rooms are spacious and customizable. The common room is welcoming, even for residents' families.

My aunt has been living at the retirement home since 2022, and we are very satisfied. The residence is welcoming and well-maintained, and the staff are very kind and attentive to our grandmother and all the residents. I highly recommend this place; there are often shows on weekends and plenty of outings for the residents. This summer she went to the beach at Grau du Roy and has wonderful memories of it. Well done and thank you to the team! We'll definitely be back!

My mother stayed in this nursing home for a little over five years. The first two years were very good, with attentive staff, a variety of activities, and outings to the library that my mother greatly enjoyed. Then the management changed, and everything slowly but surely deteriorated: - The nursing staff were haughty, disrespectful, and unprofessional due to a lack of training (except for a few people who remained consistently kind and helpful throughout those five years). - The gardens were practically neglected, with only three dirty tables on the terrace, broken parasols, overflowing ashtrays, no flowers in the planters, and cypress trees trimmed only occasionally. - The interior cleanliness left much to be desired, with dirty windows, food scraps under the bed, cobwebs, and dust in the corners. - And unfortunately, there were thefts of clothing and jewelry. We were advised to go to this nursing home when Mom arrived, but the value for money is not at all up to standard because we expect quality service in all areas, which unfortunately has not been the case for a few years, which forced us to change Mom's nursing home for her well-being.
