Great time with the Château Neuville team and the residents, thank you to Charlotte for inviting us. It was an incredible success beyond our expectations. Charlotte welcomed us very well and was impeccable in the organization, nothing to say, she was on top of things. We will definitely be back and this story begins with Château Neuville!!

Absolutely avoid this place! The Château de Neuville nursing home is a veritable death trap, where vulnerable people are left to fend for themselves without proper care. There is virtually no staff available, the caregivers who are present are completely burned out, and everyone is utterly indifferent to the residents' well-being. There is no doctor, and in case of emergency, no report is filed, and no serious action is taken. Even worse, if a person is under guardianship, the facility collaborates with the guardians to make disastrous decisions, without the slightest respect for the family and without attempting to provide adequate medical care. This is a shameful collaboration, a veritable legalized mass slaughter, where residents are pushed to their deaths without assistance or humanity. This establishment cares neither about the health, nor the respect, nor the dignity of its patients, but only about their money. If you care about your loved ones, never send them there!

A new management team for a FANTASTIC facility located in a castle within a park! Our 98-year-old cousin was welcomed for a 3-month stay in this absolutely wonderful place! The quality of care was exceptional, the staff very attentive (one caregiver for every 8 residents, as advertised and fully respected!), the rooms were perfect, the personal care teams were very attentive and readily available, and the reception team, Sandrine and Virginie, were fantastic: BRAVO for your patience and a huge THANK YOU! The administrative team, the housekeepers, ALL THE STAFF (including the cafeteria and cleaning staff) were attentive and responsive. Thank you and BRAVO! You will be welcomed by Nathalie, the client manager, and Yannick, the care manager, two wonderful women who are great listeners and will always be there for your relative or loved one! Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts! And finally, the entertainment was top-notch (we loved the Christmas festivities and the choirs!), the place was spotless, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming – we highly recommend it!
