I am the daughter of a resident. I just read some of the comments. The facilities are clean and the meals are good. The staff is pleasant and professional. So yes, mistakes can happen! To err is human! Staff aren't always replaced when they're short-staffed. There are fewer people on weekends. Yet the work is the same every day. We work with vulnerable people. We do our best to listen to them. My mother tells me she feels comfortable there. I can tell you that other facilities aren't like this one. I work in another facility as a night-shift caregiver. I know several facilities because I have over 20 years of experience. SA.

Lack of care and supervision, especially on weekends. My mother died because of this!

I don't recommend this facility. Indeed, there's a lack of staff, as in all ESMS (Emergency Medical Homes), but not only... - Communication and communication problems between teams - Hydration problems - Medications repeatedly found in residents' clothes. - Falls with no real explanation. Aging, yes, but in what conditions...

A major organizational problem, unmotivated staff. Dentures, glasses, and other items get lost. The only positive point is the quality of the meals. The last place I would want to end my days.

Warm and welcoming staff with residents and their families. Numerous activities to maintain social connections. A friendly facilitator. Gullie is there to help residents feel better.
