We visited this facility for our uncle. The welcome was particularly warm. The staff, including the director who introduced herself very spontaneously, were available to answer all our questions. The space is clean and well-decorated, and the grounds are beautiful. There's a family atmosphere, and we were ready to move in. Unfortunately, our uncle passed away, and the project couldn't be completed. Upon learning of his death, we received a message of condolence that surprised and touched us deeply. We wanted to sincerely thank you.

My friend wanted to rest his body and mind. He didn't like being bothered and appreciated peace and quiet. He had found this house. We recommend it.

We wish to express our sincere gratitude to this nursing home in Sucy-en-Brie, which provided our father with professional and compassionate care for over two years. The facility has earned an excellent A rating from the French National Authority for Health (HAS), a well-deserved recognition of the high quality of care provided. The premises have undergone significant renovations, offering a modern, clean, and reassuring living environment. The staff is exceptionally competent, attentive, and caring, both medically and in their interactions with residents. We have always felt confident in the director, who communicates clearly and demonstrates a genuine concern for the well-being of the residents and their families. We wholeheartedly recommend this facility for the quality of its care and the dedication of its staff.

My grandmother, sadly nearing the end of her life, was left alone in her room for several days. She suffered from severe bedsores as well as extreme malnutrition and dehydration. Despite this, neither the doctor nor the nurses took the necessary measures, leaving her to suffer in the residence. Without our family's repeated insistence over several days, her condition would have remained unchanged. Fortunately, she was then taken to the hospital, where she was able to pass away peacefully. Without our intervention, she would have continued to suffer in her room. I don't understand this lack of attention and follow-up, especially since the care and well-being of the residents are precisely the mission of the facility. It is also very shocking to see that the director seems to be discovering the residents only after several years at the Les Cèdres retirement home.

It's not easy to talk about end-of-life issues with loved ones. It's not easy to see them go. The hospice did what Mom wanted. She remained comfortably in her room, accompanied until the very end. I highly recommend it.
