This week I led a training session on the Aging Simulator: Experiencing the Aging Experience to Adapt Support. A fantastic team, welcoming management, and engaged participants with strong human values! Relevant questions were raised about practices, and valuable insights were gained. The professionals were pleasant, approachable, and attentive to the residents.

My grandmother was there for a few months, but it wasn't good; the patients weren't monitored.

Really disappointed. Firstly, the exterior access is uneven and poorly maintained. There's no space for disabled people. And inside, it's clear this was a hotel converted into a retirement home – far too cramped. The staff do their job and are friendly, but it's just too sad.

My dad has been here since November 3rd. I was worried he wouldn't want to stay at the residence because he'd thought about moving in with us, but his doctor advised against it. Actually, he's very happy. He's really enjoying himself. I must say it's a very good establishment, high quality, excellent service, and the menus are perfect. Having visited other establishments before, this one is undoubtedly better. The atmosphere is positive and very lively. It's spacious; the rooms are like small apartments, with an entrance leading to a hallway, a separate toilet, a very good-sized bathroom, and a 25-square-meter room where Dad has been able to furnish it with his own furniture and paintings. He's been able to recreate his own little dining room. He has a large bay window overlooking the garden and the road, but it's quiet. The Christmas menu is 4-star. Aperitif and toast, smoked salmon, capon stuffed with morels and chestnuts, vegetable flan, new potatoes, cabécou cheese, praline yule log. I couldn't believe it. The table was beautifully decorated, Dad thoroughly enjoyed it. I highly recommend this establishment in every respect.

Assuming you still have good teeth (or dentures), or a zest for life at your age, otherwise you'll be completely overlooked. Otherwise, even for 2500 euros—a pension for a manager—you'd remain stuck, a ghost of the past, along with the entire lineage of those lucky enough to have frequented this magnificent manor. Don't forget your flowing nightgown for the photo!
