This is not a homeless shelter. These are small 34 m² apartments for single people on small pensions, reserved upon presentation of supporting documents. Low rent with heating and water included. Lunch is available in the dining room for €6 per meal. Very well heated. Parking is available, and a cellar can be rented for €9 per month. There is on-site security at night. Afternoon activities include games and reading, and every other morning activities include sophrology, memory exercises, and fall prevention. La Pléiade is right across the street. There's also a bus stop across the street, a 10-minute ride to Tours (except currently due to tramway construction). Within 200 meters of the center of La Riche, you'll find a Lidl supermarket, a large pharmacy, a hairdresser, a beautician, a tobacconist, and a Super U supermarket. I'm giving you all these details because I've lived here for the past five months and I'm very happy here.
