Magnificent place. What peace of mind knowing our father is so well cared for and having a wonderful medical team with whom we can communicate and feel listened to. The staff is caring, affectionate, and attentive. The management is accessible and attentive. Thank you.

The place is very pleasant and feels more like a hotel than a nursing home. The residents are well cared for and monitored. The administrative staff, management, and caregivers are attentive and friendly. I recommend it.

The human quality of the care provided to the elderly is very good. The staff is sensitive and caring and goes to great lengths "with all their heart." These are vocations more than jobs.

This establishment doesn't live up to the asking price at all. The manager keeps up appearances, but if you dig a little deeper, there are a lot of problems. Constant staff changes, the elimination of treatments, including massages that my mother had been enjoying for years, and the quality of meals has declined significantly... I don't recommend this establishment!

An excellent establishment managed by an exceptional and compassionate director. Our mother stayed there temporarily from June 11th to July 8th, where she was pampered by admirable and caring staff. We wholeheartedly recommend Maisons de Famille du Genevois.
