A complete lack of communication between management, staff, and the family. My grandmother was left alone in her room, without proper care. She wasn't even helped into bed. Even though she had a strong personality, you had a duty to ensure her well-being, dignity, and support. The lack of communication between management, the nursing staff, and the family is glaring. We never received the follow-up we had a right to expect. My grandmother unfortunately endured a horrific end of her life within your walls, in conditions unworthy of what one has the right to expect from such an establishment. We don't pay for nonexistent service. Asking for a minimum of respect, care, and consideration is not unreasonable.
