Résidence Georges Brassens à PONTAULT COMBAULT

My mother was one of the first residents of the care home. The application process was very easy. The facilities were brand new. She stayed there for many years, but had to move to another facility for health reasons; she missed that place very much, where she felt so comfortable and well cared for. I also missed Georges Brassens very much... Thank you to the CCAS (Social Action Center) and the city for everything, even if it's very belated.

I have lived in Pontault-Combault for many years and wanted to move my father closer to my home (he currently lives alone in Seine-Saint-Denis, completely independent). I requested a visit for my father, which was denied. Indeed, an initial GIR assessment had been conducted but had been underestimated. The doctor who reassessed him offered to contact the Georges Brassens residence to explain the error, but this was categorically refused by the management, claiming that it was too late to reverse the initial erroneous GIR assessment. I also requested that he be assessed by someone from their facility, but I received a second refusal, making me understand that their decision was categorical and immutable. A real incomprehension and disappointment.

My father stayed there for five months before his death and he was very happy there. I myself was satisfied with his accommodation, the staff, and all the activities offered. I recommend it to anyone looking for a residence for their parents.

In a simple visit to a fiber customer, this establishment for seniors and people with reduced autonomy seems to be well equipped and adapted, with all services included.
