I am extremely disappointed with this facility. Simply be very careful before enrolling your parents there. The psychologist gave their approval based on their health condition, but after one day they refused to go. We're talking about a person with Alzheimer's... The conclusion is that it's up to the people with Alzheimer's to adapt to the staff. There is absolutely no compassion. And I want to point out, before anyone lies about the return visit to protect themselves, that I have another day care center where their conclusions are wrong. So it's not the management that decides, because there isn't one; it's the care team that wants people who don't move from their places or make noise with their mouths, according to one caregiver... It's a disgrace... There's a code of silence among the team... Knowing that I am someone who has deep respect for the profession, I have never seen anything like this...

Pleasant establishment.

I'm giving my opinion again 5 years later. My friend who has been there for 20 years still likes it very much. In one review, it was noted that the decor is aging!!! The restaurant was redone some time ago, it's very beautiful. The food is well-balanced and good (I get every last detail!!!). My friend eats almost everything, it must be said. As for the staff, since I've been working with them, they've been exceptional. Once again, I'm putting them in the spotlight. They deserve it.

I was very disappointed with the reception; I thought I would get some information, but I was brushed off in a very unpleasant manner, so I didn't go any further, whereas elsewhere I was very well received, even with a coffee!

A lovely establishment. I've known La Roseraie for over fifteen years because I have a friend there. The management and staff are very attentive to their guests. With what we've been hearing lately, I wanted to give them a special mention. They deserve it, for their professionalism and kindness. The meals are good and plentiful. A few times a year there are special meals, Easter, Christmas, etc., as well as entertainment, games, and more. My friend has been very happy there since she first arrived. Thank you all. Brigitte D
