My mother only stayed for three months. My mother found the staff very competent, attentive, and empathetic. My mother left to join my father at the end of September, and a few days before her departure, she thanked the staff, whom she found kind. On behalf of her daughter, I thank all the nursing and administrative staff for their attentiveness and support. Thank you for your support and attentiveness.

In this facility, and particularly in the area reserved for disoriented residents, I appreciated the professionalism, humanity, and availability demonstrated by the teams of nursing assistants, caregivers, nurses, and activity leaders at your facility. My sincere gratitude to all the staff whose quality of care, kindness, comforting words, and thoughtful attention I had the opportunity to appreciate upon my mother's passing.

No stars I advise against it. A deathbed. Violent and inappropriate comments from a nurse towards residents' families. Notified of death 2 hours later No compassion and kindness TO RUN!!!!!! They dare to make you pay on the day of death even though the death was declared early in the morning!!!!!! A shame

Avoid, residents abandoned, malnourished and dehydrated. No follow-up, no cleaning done.
