So why one star? Well, because one person in particular (the nurse coordinator) took poor care of my mother; she did her job very badly. Sincerely.

A huge thank you to the Director and her entire team for your kindness and warm attention towards my father. There's a very family-like atmosphere here, with staff who truly care for their residents. A big thank you for everything you do for our seniors. I highly recommend this facility.

I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the entire staff at the nursing home for taking care of my grandmother, Eliane Dogimont, over the years. On each of my visits, I was always warmly welcomed; the staff were lovely and always smiling. My grandmother was happy and well cared for despite her difficulty in using a wheelchair, which was difficult for her since she could no longer walk. My grandmother passed away on August 27th, but I will always be grateful for your kindness and wonderful care of her. Thank you so much. Eric.

The director showed me around the residence, and I was very pleasantly surprised by the change for the better, much better: decor, cleanliness, welcome, and friendliness of the staff. I had the opportunity to come a few years ago, and I admit, I was disappointed by the atmosphere of a traditional retirement home! My opinion has really changed since this afternoon. Congratulations to Ms. Portier and her staff for this radical change! Congratulations!
