Résidence villa Renée à LE PERREUX SUR MARNE

Our father has moved into Villa Renée in Le Perreux-sur-Marne. This facility is well-run and the staff are very attentive to the patients. The atmosphere is like a family. Kudos and thanks to the director who, despite his heavy workload, always finds time for the families. Thank you for this compassionate approach; it's truly heartwarming.

Warm and caring staff attentive to residents and family, the director ensures a friendly atmosphere by offering diverse and varied activities and entertainment in order to promote social ties between residents and avoid isolation, real psychological, administrative and logistical support for the family with very good professional responsiveness (appointments, emails, phone calls), The meals are balanced, the hygiene of the residence is impeccable, I would like to thank all the staff for their kindness and services. It is difficult to find better in terms of humanism and service. Bravo and thank you for your work! I highly recommend

A good, well-managed, and moderately priced independent living residence. The studios are bright and pleasant, the staff is friendly and helpful, and security is guaranteed. My mother's alarm system broke down, but it was replaced the very next day 👍 Some of the very negative reviews below surprise me greatly and have nothing to do with our experience.

I've been a resident at the Villa for four years. I moved into a completely renovated studio; all I had to do was furnish it to my liking. Residents don't smoke in the hallways; I've never seen any. They smoke on their balconies or in the garden. For meals, we receive a week's worth of menu items and have the option to change the starter and/or main course. Regarding bedbugs, yes, there were some. Detection was difficult; the residents were hesitant to report it, and we're independent, so management doesn't come by. When the manager was notified, a professional company took care of the problem. We even have an inspection scheduled for the end of July 2024. Don't run away from the Villa! 😀 You can come and visit if you need a studio for your family. You'll be warmly welcomed by the staff or the manager. I've attached the report I received regarding the bedbug inspection.

This residence is absolutely to be avoided. Do not put your parents in this building. The common areas are filthy, some people smoke in the hallways, and there have been bedbugs for over four years, but of course, they conveniently neglect to inform the tenants! I've had to change the bedding three times in one year, and it's not coming from the private areas. Upon signing the lease, we are all required to renovate the bathrooms, flooring, and paint at our own expense, naturally. Not to mention the disgusting food, with meat that is inedible for elderly people. I spoke with other residents who told me, "It's difficult to live here." So, if you want peaceful days for your elders, steer clear. I strongly advise against this place.
